神戸市文書館における一般任期付職員（公文書専門員）の募集

閲覧室ご利用の事前予約制のお願い
神戸市歴史公文書館への移転準備のため、2024年5月7日（火曜）より原則として月・水・金の開館といたします。
また、事前予約制につき、資料の閲覧をご希望の方は、お名前、希望日時、閲覧を希望される資料の情報をご記入のうえ、bunsyokan@office.city.kobe.lg.jpまでメールをお送りください。折り返し、閲覧可能な日時についてお返事させていただきます。
ご来館にあたって、閲覧室の利用は3組（1組は1～2名）までとし、滞在時間は原則半日（午前・午後のいずれか）とします。
ご不便をおかけいたしますが、ご協力お願いいたします。

なお、2025年4月1日（火曜）から閲覧室の利用を中止いたします。
メールによるお問い合わせは受け付けておりますので、個別にご相談ください。

Request for advance reservations to use the reading room
In preparation for the move to the New Kobe City Archives, starting Tuesday, May 7, 2024, the Kobe City Archives will be open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Advance reservations are required, so if you would like to view the materials, please write your name, desired date and time, and information about the materials you wish to view, then email bunsyokan@office.city.kobe.lg.jp  Please send. We will get back to you with the date and time you can view it.
When visiting, the reading room can only be used by up to 3 groups (1 to 2 people per group), and the duration of the visit is generally half a day (either morning or afternoon).
Please note that the reading room will be closed from April 1, 2025 (Tuesday).
